recorded in my bedroom in wakefield on a tascam 8 track between various bouts of exacerbated manic fits mainly in the middle of the night while everyone in the house was asleep usually being compelled to board up my windows so the government couldn't watch me do it

written in the basement of Westwood Lodge Psychiatric Facility shortly before I was mauled by a very angry man who didn't like being egged on by some idiot kid, a child even, from some silly little suburban shithole. I learned not to test people with that look in the eye again because it took 5 people to tear his fists off my face. that was during the month of December in 2006. Last time I recorded or altered to this track was June 19, 2007.

thanks to jeff somers for for the high end feedback track contribution and to the many people who sold me drugs to facilitate in crashing this wave onto the shores of some folks in this spherical world of positive and negative.
